RunAsTool allows normal users to run a program with administrator rights without knowing the administrator password. For RunAsTool to run properly, it must be installed on a Windows system that has an administrator account with a password.
RunAsTool has two user interfaces: one for administrator accounts and one for standard users. Standard users cannot use the administrator user interface. In the administrator user interface, you can simply drag and drop any programs into the user interface to give them administrator rights. Standard users can also create application shortcuts.

To import the backup file silently, run Cmd with administrator rights and use the following command:
RunAsTool.exe "/U=Admin" "/P=PassWord" "/I=Import.rnt"
RunAsTool.exe /R "/U=Admin" "/P=PassWord" "/I=Import.rnt"
/R : Reset previous list
Admin : Account name
PassWord : Password of the account
Import.rnt : Name of the backup file
