Hello. I wanted to report a bug that I have encountered on a variety of different devices (personal computer, work computer, virtual machines in Azure, etc, etc), so I can confidently say the issue isn't a one off. It has to do with the SPS app management window. You know. This guy: So, the issue that I am running into is that something (I have no idea what) is happening that is results in the window having the "always on top" property set, meaning that it is always visible on top of other windows even if another window has been clicked and focused on. This becomes especially problematic when attempting to update apps, as the little mini window displaying the progress of the updates gets trapped behind the SPS app management window, which results in the application locking up because the mini window has to be closed before the main SPS app management window can be interacted with again, and I have to use an external tool (Wintop) to make the mini window appear above the parent window so that it can be closed.
