04/07/2020 Topic: Deeply Nested Folder Structure nerdweed	Thanks GIanluca. It wasn't the 260 char limit that bothered me, but having to navigate deeper. With SysInternals and NirSUite now being moved away into the Main Suite, I thought the main suite apps can be promoted. I understand this can create backward compatibility issues. WOuld you be OK to introduce one more command line arg for the main suite apps i.e; the SyMenuSuite folder. If not, no problems as I use junctions. I'll create <SyMenu_base_folder>\Apps as main folder and create SyMenuSuite as a junction inside <SyMenu_base_folder>\ProgramFiles\SPSSuite\ The only thing I'll need to remember is not to follow junction during backups On a side note, really liked the auto start feature. I use SyMenu from a single PC but prefer portability. I have configured only SyMenu to start with Windows and others to startup from within SyMenu

02/09/2020 Topic: Feature request - Hide unwanted apps nerdweed	Hi, Can you please add a feature to hide some apps which users won't be interested in. Example - Users would want to hide x86 apps when x64 is installed. Users may want to hide softwares which have been abandoned or simply not interested in. I would imagine this as an additional column Hide in the Get New Apps window. Users would check it to a hide an app and whenever the window is opened next, it will show only those apps which don't have this tick box checked. There can be a button to Show/Hide hidden apps. edited by nerdweed on 02/09/2020

A user would himself mark as not interested Examples: Not interested in seeing Q-Dir x86 as already installed x64 Not interested in ZSoft Uninstaller as its not updated since 2010 Not interested in Y for xxx reason This will all be manual filter. Again, I don't intend that to go and hide each and every application that I don't plan to install currently, but if there is something obvious that I would never want to install, it would be good to hide it someway.
06/12/2020 Topic: Deeply Nested Folder Structure nerdweed	Thansk for adding the parameter, but it doesn't do much to get rid of some nesting Basically it only redefined <SyMenu_base_folder>\ProgramFiles\ - It still forces SPSSuite\SyMenuSuite after the redefined Programs folder. I was expecting, it would allow all my programs to be present inside <SyMenu_base_folder>\Apps . Anyway, I can rid of SPSSuite\SyMenuSuite apart from Junctions please
