If you double click DesktopEditors.exe file (it's the main OnlyOffice executable) does it work? Because if it doesn't work it is a request you have to address to the OnlyOffice authors. Otherwise let's try to solve your problem. BTW have you checked the OneDrive Files On-Demand option? Because it can be responsible for this issue.

Also the on demand option doesn't affect because symenu folder is selected as a online or always available. I can't remember what other soft i tried that response a little buggy.. i'm sure all came from stored in onedrive folder and his windows internal paths how are related. I have been using symenu for a long time in a normal folder without any issue. Thanks for your reply

Gianluca Administrator Posts: 1274 18/01/2023	Gianluca Administrator Posts: 1274 Try to check the path depth because some programs can be affected by the anachronistic length limit of 260 chars. Calibre is one of them. If this is the problem, you have to shorten your OnlyOffice path, moving OneDrive root path to the drive root and putting SyMenu on the OneDrive root.

xavi Posts: 7 24/01/2023	xavi Posts: 7 Hello Gianluca, Unfortunately OneDrive does not allow you to host your folder in C Root, and moving the folder to another path is possible but often doing so stops working correctly. I've created a batch file that executes a subst command with a virtual drive so I can run the program from a shorter path. Another of the programs that are also affected is Rambox. It would be of great help if you know of any utility that allows you to run a program by creating a non-existent virtual drive. I'm not into programming. So in the meantime I will make a batch for each application that I need. thank you anyway

Gianluca Administrator Posts: 1274 24/01/2023	Gianluca Administrator Posts: 1274 Well, my OneDrive root folder is located in D:\ and the only drawback I'm experimenting with this setup is that OneDrive needs to create another folder at the same level called OneDriveTemp (I don't know if the name is a fixed one or if it depends on the name of the real repository folder that, in my case, is exactly OneDrive). Anyway I suggest you check your OneDrive settings because the resolution is probably simpler than the one you are embarching in.
