I see an SSL error in SyMenu, but not in browser

When adding PCI-Z to SyMenu; I received:
PCI-Z (x64) 2.0 - The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.Please retry
Yet I could use SyMenu's 'download' button and 'add from local package' buttons without error.
(I am running Win 7 Prof. and .NET 4.8)
Now I actually don't care about this particular app; but I am planing to create quite a few SPS files of my own.
So, I am trying to avoid this in any I create.
