Unusual tab on "Manage SPS Apps" screen

Hi
I've just noticed two changes to the tabs in the Manage SPS Apps menu. First, that SysInternals Suite is struck out (and I've seen elsewhere on this forum the reason for that), but second tab has confused me and I can't find reference to it anywhere on Google or this forum: as per the attached picture, I have a fourth tab entitled "woqq0yoq.do4". Any clues as to what this might be for?

You have a folder named "woqq0yoq.do4" inside your [SyMenu]\ProgramFiles\SPSSuite
Remove it and the tab will disappear.
