i hope somebody can advise and help, just started using symenu and i want to know is there anyway i can copy and paste the container headings,or do i have to manually input it as many times as i need it? cheers

Can you explain what you consider as the "container headings" and why you may need to Copy/paste it?

I want to create 1 list for my portable apps and another identical list but has normal software ,zig I ever do a format and want to re install software cheers

Let me reword your question making sure to answer correctly! - you have 2 different versions of programs on PC - one is "installed", the other one is portable and managed with Symenu you want access to both
1- you can't have a unique entry for both in symenu & you can't "copy" a container
2- Starting from a clean Symenu with the portable apps you need then you create 1 or more container(s) where ever you want in Symenu tree then you "batch import" the installed programs you want to add to that container
In my own symenu I have both installed & portable & even 2 or 3 versions of the same portable prog without any problems

hi thanks for getting back to me ,and yeah i have 2 versions one is in a container called new installation progs and the other is called my apps ,but both have another container called eg multimedia,i just thought id ask is the a quick way to create the other menu,apart from writing it all out again,cheers
