Hello, here is a suggestion for SyMenu. I use a lot of the shortcuts I associate with items, which makes it possible to call them quickly. The problem is that I am not able to see all the shortcuts that are used to not use the same. There should be an alert that appears when you want to associate a shortcut to an Item but that shortcut is already used by another item. Also, it would be interesting to have an option to see the list of shortcuts that are used and the programs associated with them. I have programmed a program that reads the SyMenuItem.zip file and extracts the shortcuts and displays it in a window with the program associated with it. Thank you for your good work with SyMenu, we appreciate it very much!

You should use the report available in Configuration - Advanced - Options- tab System - button Full list but unfortunately I've just discovered that the resulting csv it's messed up. Well I really hate csv...
Anyway I promise you that with the next version it will work again. In that report you will find every shortcut configured with your items.

BTW if your program works well and you want to share it with the community you can publish it in the SyMenu Suite. We already have two programs dedicated to SyMenu from our fantastic user VVV_Easy_Symenu: the SyMenu Orphan Icons Cleaner and the SyMenu Published App Track.

Still a little buggy: ";" and double quotes in Description field seems to mess things up resulting in parsing errors, truncation, and columns out of alignment. e.g.
Description: START--->
FileMenu Tools customizes the context menu of Explorer, adding built-in utilities for file and folder operations. Users can add customized commands that run external applications, copy/move to a specific folder or delete specific file types; customize the "Send to..." submenu; and enable/disable the commands which are added by other applications to the context menu.
The built-in utilities allow the user to run a given program with arguments, copy/move to a folder, copy path, UNC path, Internet path, name or content to clipboard, view or change attributes, split/join a file, register/unregister a DLL, find and replace, advanced rename, synchronize two folders, delete locked files, create symbolic link, calculate and verify SHA/MD5 checksums, shred files, change folders icon, and many more. #Productivity#DesktopAccessories

Column3: ="FileMenu Tools customizes the context menu of Explorer, adding built-in utilities for file and folder operations. Users can add customized commands that run external applications, copy/move to a specific folder or delete specific file types

Column5 now contains the Version# instead of Column4
Running SyMenu - v.6.04.6685

Ok bug confirmed. You'll find the fix on the next SyMenu version. In the meanwhile if you find other characters that break the csv, please let me know.
