I just clicked the Get apps online button for the SyMenu Suite, whilst this was in progress I switched to a custom MyApps suite. As the Get apps online was still in progress on the switch, it downloaded the latest apps for that suite into the MyApps suite. This could happen for any suite should you switch whilst downloading a different one.
Obviously this shouldn't happen and can only be sorted by manually deleting the SPS files in the faulty suite's folder.
