use translate system: I'm using the portable version of SyMenu v8.00.8453, Windows 11, DPI 125% When I enjoy option menu, and save or apply configuration, interface increase own size, after restart application, size become normal size for work, it not problem, but it's bug, may be your fix them in future releases thanks https://youtu.be/UVmfe1UEsMs
