Freefilesync 8.1 Cannot open GlobalSettings.xml

When I try to start Freefilesync, 9 of 10 times I get the error message "Cannot open GlobalSettings.xml" from Freefilesync.
But when I right click on the menu entry to get the folder open and start the Freefilesync.exe from there, everything work fine.
I use SyMenu 5.02.5953
Any solutions?

I made a batch file and converted it to a exe file so I don´t have this annoying dos window  |
