I am encountering this unknown exception error code 0xe06d7363. I have no idea what the error is. Could anyone please help me to fix it?

SyMenu is currently distributed in two versions: 7.03 that is the official branch but the old one too 8.00 that is available here https://www.ugmfree.it/forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=840 and it's almost ready. I'm asking that because the two versions use two different technologies that require two different configurations on your system.
