I've noticed that several app stopped working after recent upgrade. I removed them and tried to install them again. Here are quite worrying results:

Thank you for your report.
This is a bug of a kind that likes me so much.
Oh how much I like it....
A bug that practically destroys almost all the SyMenu update system.
I like it so much that I've just released a new SyMenu version (6.02.6582) that fixes the problem.
So please update your SyMenu and try again your massive update.
And please remember to report here the outcome.

Those apps are completely unrelated with the bug, but thanks for reporting them because they needed to be handled.
These are the details:
CudaText - Since it comes from SourceForge, and since SourceForge is sometimes a bit slow in replying, try it again, because the SPS are OK
Mp3Tag - Report it to its editor please because the direct download is not available
Complete Internet Repair 5 - Report it to its editor please because the available version is most recent than the one in the SPS definition
One way backup - The web site has disappeared, so I discontinued the program
Stella - Please retry
TEncoder Video Converter - The web site has disappeared, so I discontinued the program
Text Compare - The program has been removed, so I discontinued the program
TSubtitleDownloader - The web site has disappeared, so I discontinued the program
WordWeb - Report it to its editor please because the direct download is not available

How exactly am I supposed to report that? The link to reviewer leads to contact form that is saying "Contact me" - that means you, not the reviewer.

 you are right, sl23 prefers to receive the notification directly from me and I didn't realize the SPS was one of his.
Anyway, if you can, send to me an alert through the contact form so I can track your request and forward it to sl23 the proper way.

Try again. There are no problem with those SPS.
Are you sure your firewall/proxy/AV allow you to navigate to the programs repository web sites?
For example CamStudio is downloaded from http://downloads.sourceforge.net/portableapps/CamStudioPortable_2.7.2_English.paf.exe
Are you able to download the package from that URL with your browser?
Workaround for an offline installation:
- go to Get new apps
- select the program you need to install
- download the package clicking the little green arrow in the bottom box
- save the package somewhere in your PC
- when finished, right click on the item you need (from the grid)
- choose Add from local package or Update from local package if you are updating the program
- select the package previously downloaded.
And please report for other users benefit.

They are all from SourceForge and SourceForge today has some problems.
Try to download something directly, I fear you'll get issues the same.
Probably they are changing something.
And surely it's not related to the new SyMenu version.

Problem confirmed.
This is the message SyMenu is downloading from SourceForge instead of the program packages:
We're sorry -- the Sourceforge site is currently in Disaster Recovery mode, and currently requires the use of javascript to function. Please check back later.
A different problem seems to affect HandBrake. The x86 version is suddently disappeared from their web site. I disabled it.
Stella works well. Retry please.
WordWeb is no longer available from their web site, because they moved the package away. I've just alerted the SPS editor to find another source.
