PazeraAudioExtractor blocked by Windows Defender

I downloaded PazeraAudioExtractor 2.4, but got the message
from SyMenu - 'An error has occurred and your SPS program may not work.'
and from Windows Defender - 'Windows Defender has found an untrusted app, Your IT settings cause the blocking of any app that might perform unwanted actions on your computer'.
If I stop Windows Defender, it installs OK. Yet if I then do a Windows Defender scan on the folder it show no problem.
I'm not too happy to install this way. Is there a less drastic way of changing my 'IT settings', or a better way of installing.

Well this is a question to aks to Pazera author. SyMenu doesn't add any strange operation to a zip package if not the unpacking.
I'm using Defender too and I have the same problem.
